Q.- I placed my order SEVEN days ago, why haven't I received my order yet?

A.- As it states on our "shipping information" page, "It may take up to 10-14 WORKDAYS for your order to be shipped. The reason for this is that in order to keep our prices low for YOU, our customer, we do not maintain a warehouse, most of our items are warehoused by the manufacturer and shipped to us bi-weekly as needed. We try to ship as soon as possible when the products arrive at our location, however if an item you have ordered is on backorder it may hold up the shipping of your entire order. We do stock most of the Yard and Garden spinners at our location, so chances are they can be shipped in a shorter time frame.

Q.- I have a store and would like to sell the products that are on your website. Do you sell wholesale?

A.- No. At this time we do not sell wholesale the products that are on our website.

Q.- How well do your Yard and Garden Spinner hold up?  I bought a similar item from a department store and it fell apart in a few months time, will yours last longer? 

A.- The WindGarden Yard and Garden spinners that we sell are without a doubt, the best on the market!  Each garden spinner and hot air balloon is individually hand sewn by a seamstress on a sewing machine to a variety of plastics so that they keep their shape and integrity as they weather. ALL are made using Dupont SolarMax or SunTex fade and shred resistant fabrics so they hold their colors and provide enjoyment for years.

Q.- I attemted to make a purchase and my card was declined...I know the card is good! When I tried a second time it came up as "duplicate order" and would not go through again, What has happened?

A.- In order to combat credit card fraud there are a number of different criteria that mus be met when entering your billing information. The "Bill To" address you enter must be the same as the address that the credit card bill is mailed to, also be sure that you entered the CVVII number correctly. Sometimes those numbers can be worn away and hard to read, but if you hold the card up to a bright light you should be able to see the impressions of the numbers in the plastic.

      The reason that your second try was declined as "duplicate order" is that Visa and Master Card no longer allow second attempts to allow a purchase to go through. This is a security step that does not allow thieves to keep trying a stolen card number until they happen to "hit on" the correct CVVII number for the back of the credit card. In order to circumvent this problem, re-boot your computer, go to our site and re-order the items that you wanted to purchase, this time double checking the address and numbers that you have entered.

Q.- I placed an order recently and noticed that my card has been charged already even though I have not yet received my order. Why is this.

A.- In order to combat fraud and credit card theft, our banks INSIST on aquiring the funds to pay for your order immediately. That is Bank policy and we have no say in that. We are a reputable company so you can feel at ease, your order and satsifaction are our number one priority!
